There's a special place in my heart reserved just for this game. Unfortunately, we're still waiting for the sequel, merchant: guilds, which was supposed to come out last year. Near or far, though, I'll still be playing merchant!
There's no in app premium currency but there's about 20 in ap purchases. Heroes, hero purchase, dungeons, etc. Just make your game paid. It's suuper annoying opening a game that sypoised to be free just to see you need to buy 100 different things to fully enjoy it.
Was decent but all levels are exactly the same so it's just a grind fest with nothing to show for it.
Cannot control battles and the interface is clunky. Just buying, selling, and crafting, in order to sell more, in order to buy more, in order to craft more... etc
Smooth running not forced to watch ads, o yea good to pass time in a place you rather not be at,like a waiting room.
Could you add a way to reset progress, I played a long time ago and want to be able to play without having tons of progress
Very solid game. The progression feels nice and meaningful. The crafting could be better explained and you can quite easily outgrow the crafter/heros. But otherwise a good game.
Display is bad for phones with longer screens. It stretches all the way up to the notch which results in funky looking stretched pixel art.
The devs probably should be charging for this. $1.99 would actually be quite reasonable. Side note: if you don't want the animated results of quests & crafting, turn on the 'no-frills' setting in the options menu (the wrench icon up in the top right corner) to disable the animations.
Thank you for cloud save! That was the only thing missing for my friends to play! (They said they would get back into it with cloud) I'm level 47 on Google play and out of all the games I have ever downloaded, this is one of my top 5. Thank you for keeping the game alive!
